1.) I've entered my card number so many times I lost count (beyond 10 though) and I'M still not able to buy Sims 4

2.) I put everything in EXACTLY how is on my card

3.) Checked my card 3 times, so I do have enough money

4.) Went to "Contact Us" 4 different times, waited about an hour for each time and still no answer

That hasn't worked for any of us. Even the help desk rep had no idea what was wrong and passed my case onto a "specialist". I still have heard nothing back. This has been an issue for people since 2014.

Have the same problem "Your request could not be processed.We're unable to verify this credit card."

Talked to support in live chat and didn't help

I get this error when I try to add my visa card as a payment method or when trying to subscribe to Origin Access.

Tried from origin client and google chrome / firefox still same error.

I added the card as payment method to Steam with no problem, but Origin .... so sad really.

@Straatford87

I contacted an administrator and they told me the exact same thing they told everyone else. "Everything is clear on our end, so it must be something with your bank". I contacted my bank and they said they weren't blocking any transactions on my account. So clearly it is something wrong on EA's end and if Origin continues to do nothing about it then frankly, that's their problem. But their gonna start losing potential customer and therefore start losing money so jokes on them, cause in the end it's coming back to bite them. I could care less anymore. Needless to say you can no longer be expecting any business from me. Thank you and have a nice day.

I'm not sure if you or anyone else is having this problem but are you using a debit card? EA apparently stopped taking them so you'll have to use credit.

If that doesn't solve anything then I'm honestly sorry.
