Unable to Link Account

Hey all,

I'm running into issues trying to link my Xbox (PC Game Pass) account with my EA Account, it was previously linked to an old Xbox account I had, so I unlinked this last night and went to link my live one, but it just states "Your accounts can't be linked because the EA Account for <email> was previously linked to the Xbox account for <Account>. An EA Account can only be linked to one Xbox account in it's lifetime."

Is there a way around this limitation at all? I'd rather not have to make a new EA Account just to get them linked again. Tried to contact EAHelp on Twitter but it's just an automated bot that takes me back to the KB that's no help.

Hey @Delodien,

Unfortunately, as the error message says, you can only ever link one of a particular type of account to an EA account in its lifetime. I can only really recommend that you make a new EA account and link it there instead. I understand it isn't ideal.
