[URGENT] Cannot change EA ID due to prohibited word or character

I recently was temporarily banned on EA due to an inappropriate username. My EA ID was reset to "OkoAg7c6". In the process of changing it, it does not allow me to put any username, regardless of if it is already taken or not, due to "ID contains a prohibited word or character" does getting temp banned also bar you from changing your EA ID in the future? Looking for some clarification and guidance on this. Additionally, I have attached an image with my current username but one character up, and this is getting blocked as well. Please work with me ASAP!

If a username is not accepted @OkoAg7c6 then you will need to choose another.
