Trying to unlink Xbox account but no option in customer portal

Does anybody know why the option to unlink my Xbox account is not available in the Customer Portal?  There's no "unlink" button.  I have access to all the necessary accounts but I don't see the option to unlink it and I'd like to link it to another EA account instead.  Attached is an image of what I see.

Have you linked/unlinked this Xbox account in the last 6 months?

No, I have not.  I've never unlinked this account before, mainly because I haven't been able to.  I do have Game Pass Ultimate though.  Would that have anything to do with it?

How can I open a case?  Whenever I click on Account Support and Link accounts, it just takes me to the customer portal.

Try following these steps:

1. Go to https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
2. Select your game
3. Select "I want to update my EA account information"
4. Select one of the available contact options.
