Transfer Ban and Account Access in New EA Football Game

My account was transfer banned. When the new EA football game comes out, does this mean that my account will get unbanned, and I will be able to use the account again? If the account is unbanned with the new EA football game, will my account have full access straight away, or will I have to earn access again by playing FIFA? I have been told that if you have an account that is not banned and is web unlocked, then you don't need to earn the right for new access to the web app when the new EA football game comes out. The web app is just open. Is this correct?
