Stuck on resume case

I've been trying to contact support over the past month and always get stuck on "Resume case", after clicking them it takes me to a page with articles and an email link which ends up in a cycle. 3 cases have been closed and I'm not sure how to get help with an issue.

Have you tried a different browser to see if you have the same issue?
