Sims 4 doesn't show that i brought it

I brought the sims 4 on Xbox 1, Then got on my Pc to try to play it but it says i have to pay for it again Why?

@PytDanavia  Your owned copy of Sims 4 is for XBox only; it doesn't transfer to PC/Mac.  If you want to play on your computer, you'll need to buy a separate copy.  This is the case for most if not all EA games: the console and PC versions are considered two separate games in many ways, with neither owned content nor progress transferring back and forth.
