I do not liking asking people but
This pop up screen, on the start up of the sims 4, says I need to switch to a 32 bit. It said I was running on a 64 bit.Â
I switch folders and the screen still says it. I made sure my computer was updated and I made sure origin was updated as well.
I'm sooo upset. Can some one help me? I do not want to reset origin.
My sims games lags. the loading takes for ever!
Yes, I have CC.
No, Its not the CC.
Before anything, I had over 200 CC on the sims 3 and 360 CC on the Sims 2. I just Have 9 CC on the sims 4.
Help me understand please!
(sorry for any misspelled words)

Hi @hazeljay
If you run the 32-bit game it's normal to have lags, because you use maximum to 4gb of RAM.
-Open Origin
-Go to My Game Library Tab
-Right Click Sims 4
-Click Game Properties in dropdown
-Switch to 64Bit at the top where it says "when launching this game" via dropdown.
More details here https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/the-sims/the-sims-4/when-to-use-the-sims-4-64-bit-or-32-bit-version/
NOTE if your issue persist :
Clear Origin cache https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/origin-my-games-list-is-blank/
Restart your machine .
Run the setup file Origin with Admin rights http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-do-i-run-a-program-or-a-game-as-an-administrator/#2
My Opinion is no more important or right than yours.I'm a gamer like you, trying to help you (i'm not an EA employee).
