Hello, Im currently having this issue with my game. I recently just a day or to ago i updated my iMac to the new OS Sierra 10.12.5
A bit about my mac is :
iMac : (21.5 inch, Mid 2011)
Processor" 2.5 GHz intel Core i5
Graphics : AMD Radeon HD 6750M 512MB
The issue:
When trying to play the sims, such as launching, sometimes the sims menu doesn't pop up, and when it does, and i click to play.
Nothing shows up. If i click mission control to see all open windows it shows the sims 3 as an :"invisible" window, if i go to force quit the game in the upper left corner, it says the sims isn't responding.
If the game does launch, i get stuck on the sims plum bob blue screen. And nothing happens.
Yesterday i tried and tried and my game actually launched but i got an issue saying something how there is no disc inserted so I'm force to close the sims.
I usually have that problem for the past few months where i have to sometimes sign out of my computer or restart it to play the game or open my sims through different expansions. Sometimes my game works and other times i have to keep trying.
But now, my game guest work AT ALLLLLL
My sims game is up to date, its most recent update is VERSION : 1.67.2.024001
I love the sims so much, and I'm crushed that i can't play it. I love making houses and I'm scared of losing all the houses I've made, i haven't exported any so none are technically backed up. Can someone please help me.. :/
Im scared or uninstalling the game and messing something up.
