Security Question Issues

Hello,

I've managed to log into my EA.Com account and wanted to change a few details on my profile. To do so I'm asked to enter the answer to a 'security question', which is fair enough apart from two issues...

Firstly, I don't recall ever setting up a security question. I may have done as it's been a while since I accessed my account, but certainly don't remember doing so.

Secondly, it's asking me for the name of my Elementary School. Now this is where things get confusing. Living in the UK, I didn't actually attend an elementary school as we don't have them. I entered the name of the school I attended when I would've been at the elementary school age, and that was incorrect. I tried a couple of other schools I attended, but still no joy.

Could an EA advisor please either contact me or reply to this post with a solution to this problem?

Did you receive any strange emails? I mean notifications about suspicious activity on your account.

EA advisors available via EA Help dot com. AHQ is player-to-player forum and we do not have access to your account.

You can call them or begin a chat with EA representatives.

Thanks for the reply...

I did indeed receive some strange emails about my account, which is what prompted me to check it out.

I've literally just come off a chat session with an EA advisor and the security question and password are now both changed.
