SIMS 4 CODE NOT REDEEMABLE.

Today, i received my package from amazon including the Sims 4 and the sims 4 get to work. But when i logged on my origin account, and typed in the codes, it said, "code already used". This game should work and i have never used it before. Help Please reply ASAP. Thanks.
