I was having issues and working on fixing this issue for 4 frustrating hours. I wasn't able to find a solution from the answer hq and the ones I did find were only telling me to delete my save data which I did before but it still didn't work. After trying it one more time offline it worked, plus I was able to keep my save data in a backup and reload it. I just want people to have another option that might work for them and don't want people to think they have to lose all their progress to play this buggy game.
