Removing the link to the steam account

hello, I have such a problem. I can't log in to my EA account in steam, although it's linked (sort of) Trying to log in to my steam account in EA itself, I received the error "Your account is already linked to another account." Help!

did you ever have another EA Account, which might potentially still be connected to the Steam account? 

Here is a guide on how to unlink accounts, if you find the EA Account it is linked to.

@EA_Pythiathere was no other account, it was automatically created by steam (it happened when entering the game) and I looked at this recommendation to unlink the account, it didn't help (

if I understand this correctly - you have a steam account, bought an EA game, and when you tried to play it, it made you create an EA account? Generally speaking, to make an EA account, you will still have to create the information. Why exactly do you want to unlink? 

I would recommend contacting EA Support as they can help you locate which EA account your Steam account is linked to, and if you have the log in data of that EA account, they should be able to help you unlink the two accounts.
