I had bought an extension of plant vs zombie battle for neighborville on my ps4 but I bought an xbox so I can't recover my account that I had on plant vs zombie so I would like to have a refund for the extension but i already contacted playstation network they said they can't refund me because it's been too long since i bought the addon but i lost my account so its would be appreciated if i have one reimbursement for the extension.

Can someone help with this?

Generally Playstation would be the ones to assist with this since it was purchased on their Store.

However, you can try contacting EA Support via Live Chat to see if there's something they can do, but it's not guaranteed.

@Bigbiron56 All purchases that are made through the console are subject to that platform's Terms of Service policies which include refunds. EA does not have the ability to refund a purchase made through another marketplace. If they denied the refund request, I am afraid that we would not be able to take any action on this one.
