So i purchased Mass Effect Andromeda the day it came out, i saw a lot of negativity and thought i should get a refund and wait for the game to become a lower price. I requested a refund on March 23, i have not installed it nor did i play it what so ever. this was over 3 months ago and i have yet to get my money back. i tried to contact EA but they will not answer me, any help because i'm 100% sure this is illegal to keep my money when i requested my money to be refunded and followed the guide lines of the refund policy.

Oh wow - that's an awful long time to wait. I'm so sorry that you've gotten stuck in our system on this one! And yes, normally this would have to go through an Advisor, but with these unique circumstances I've made sure we fixed this for you, now.

 

The wait was caused due to a glitch in our system where the refund did not process automatically as intended. I've since refunded the money for you. And here's the good news in this bad situation: you're free to keep Andromeda, in addition to the refund. It's well deserved after such a long wait.

 

I want to thank you for reaching out to us so that we could look into this for you. If you've got any further questions, then don't hesitate to ask!

I can see your refund has not been processed. We do need you to contact an Advisor via Live Chat or phone. Please note the support options presented to you are determined by the choices you make at the following part of the process:

sorry to bother again but Mass Effect Andromeda is no longer in my library, i guessing your higher ups decided against your decision to let me keep it for free, again i thank you for the help and sorry for the trouble.
