Refund complete but not received my money back

I bought F1 23 but asked for a refund. In "order history" page says the refund is "completed" but my money is not in my bank card. Why is that?

Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process back into your account- if you're not seeing your refund back into your account by then, we'll need the live support team to look into this further and see what's happened. You can contact live support from the site here if you've not received your refund then so they can investigate with you further.
