I recently was informed that Origin was discontinued and moved to the EA app, now I don't have access to any of my account information and can't even log in, I talked with about 3 EA agents and none of them was able to do ANYTHING for me at all. I lost all of my games and can't get into them at all. Is there a number I could call to talk to a representative because this is absolutely ridiculous and frustrating to us simmers, especially if we spent LOADS of money on these games...

Hi @yagalamanda,
Ah ok, thanks for adding that context. I understand what you're looking for; you need the email on the account changed out so you can log into the account.
In order for the support team to make any changes to an EA Account's information, they'd first need to verify they are speaking with the owner lest it be someone trying to steal the EA account, for example. We take account security seriously and so cannot skip this necessary step.
Typically, account verification can be done with an email code to the original email on the account, but if you no longer have access to that email address, then our support team would need to come at this a different way by verifying some additional information instead.
If you're not able to verify enough information to prove you are the owner of the account requesting the account changes, I'm afraid they can't make any edits to the EA account information for you. Please, work with the support team on this. They can only help you if you can pass the verification stage.

Hi @yagalamanda,
In short, no. If you cannot remember the account information our support teams hands will be tied. They can't give that information out without first verifying you are the owner of the account. If you're not able to recall the information they need to verify you're the account owner, then we're stuck in a frustrating loop.
There may be ways to confirm the email address though. For example in this guide 'Find your EA Account email address' it suggests trying this:
You also mentioned purchasing a number of games in your post. Did you purchase them through the Origin Store or on the EA website? If so, we send out email receipts and this could be a way for you to verify the email address linked to the EA account.
Once you have the email address, you can reset the account password to log back into your account again!

I don't have access to this email at all, it was made 10+ years ago. The games I purchased were through Origin.. I just need my email to be reset so I can update my information.. I spent lot's of money on the sims for me to make a whole brand new account and start over!
