I untied my old steam account, but it still can't be tied to my new steam account

Hey @Nasatstaa,

Sorry to hear you're having some trouble getting your Steam and EA accounts linked.

To clarify, you're only able to have one of each platform account linked to an EA account over its lifetime. This means if you had a Steam account linked previously, you wouldn't be able to link a different Steam account to that same EA account later.

In that case you'd typically need to re-link the original account, or if you had initially linked the wrong account and were trying to correct that issue, you can contact our support team directly to see if they're able to assist with getting that correct account linked.
