Prime Gaming Rewards

hello, when i go to claim my prime Gaming Rewards it says it should be waiting in my store on Ultimate Team but it isn't there. I know it says wait 1 hour but it has been 1 day since i claimed

If you've logged out of the game and back in, yet are still unable to access those rewards, please contact support directly so they can take a closer look at the account.
