Password reset and no access to E-Mail

I tried to play Battlefield 2024 but after starting up the game it says my password did get reset. The problem is I don't have access to my old email anymore which is linked to my EA account. I contacted the EA support but they need the last digits of a used credit card to verify its my account. I never bought anything with a credit card and I don't even own one. Now the ea support cannot verify me and therefore can't reset the email of my ea account. I can never play a another ea game with my PSN account anymore because it's linked to the EA account. This is absolutely unacceptable. Why do they need a credit card number to verify its me? The EA support on the phone was no help at all. This problem is getting ridiculous.

They may be able to verify your account with other questions instead. Please try opening a case here so they can take you through the verification process again. Unfortunately, we can't help with this over Answers HQ.
