Origin says I need the "Sims 3 starter pack" to install any expansion pack

I have every sims 3 expansion pack on disc version. I'm redeeming codes, and when I want to download any expansion pack it says I need to have "The sims 3 Starter pack" to do it. At this moment I only have the base game installed. It even doesn't let me install expansion packs that are IN the starter pack, e.g. late night, high end. When I tried it said you need the starter pack. Anyway I only wanted to install university life because of the stupid error that says "disc not found" at game screen when it is.
