Origin prevents my GPU from "Boosting"

As the title states, when ever i have Origin open, even minimized, it prevents my GPU from Boosting. It just sits at 1481Mhz instead of Boosting to 2026Mhz. When I close Origin, it Boosts fine. Why does this program stop my GPU from ramping up?

Disable "Origin in game" > test.

That does nothing, first thing I tried. Its the program itself, even if i run Minecraft with Mods or GTA or even F@H or Mining (I only have one card) it just holds it to 1481 and won't let it boost.

Any other advice? Thanks though.

Please preform a clean boot and test if Origin is still preventing your GPU to boost.
