Origin deleted my purchased content

Origin was not working for me, the server wasn't connecting so I redownloaded origin and found out the issue was with my proxies. After I got origin back, I had noticed I was able to redownload the Sims 4 (I deleted it along with origin so it could work again) And it gave my back the free holiday stuff pack, but it took away the strangerville game pack and it wants me to rebuy it? how do i get my game pack back?

Hi @NormaaFlies,

You need to contact the support for that as here the issue cannot be solved. But... to guide you on the right direction, please go to https://help.ea.com/en/the-sims/the-sims-4/ and in the bottom-right you have a button saying contact us... press it and then select your platform, topic (can be either manage my account or technical support), then issue (if you selected manage my account select find missing game, if selected technical support select downloads)

 

Finally select contact options. Depending on the time and day, chat might be unavailable (due to the Pandemic less staff is working and more people are playing and having issues), but you will always create a case that will get the support's attention (once again, it will take time).
