Origin and battlelog password help, remember me not working and now ive had to change password [ Edited ]

everytime i restart my PC its signed out of Origin and i have to re do it all, now it says incorrect password for Origin and battlelog so i have to follow the make new password and do that erytime, i have tried to contact the live chat but the box is always grey and there is no email option and i can't use the phone option as im in the UK
