Origin Won't Load, Stuck on Blurred Layout

My Origin is stuck on the loading screen with the blurred out layout and I can't access anything. I'm on Mac. I have already uninstalled Origin from my Hard Drive Library and re-installed it. I cleared the download cache already. I have restarted my computer already as well. Is there anyway to fix this?

You have the exactly same problem?

Try to clear your Origin cache:
All settings in Origin (only in Origin not in the games) are back to default settings after this.)

    - close Origin completely. (right click on the Origin symbol in the task bar > close)
    - Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
    - Type or copy  "%ProgramData%/Origin" (without quotes) > hit ENTER
    - Delete all the files and folders in the Origin folder, except for the "LocalContent" folder. (The "LocalContent" folder must remain untouched.)
    - Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
    - Type or copy "%AppData%" (without quotes)  > hit ENTER
    - Now your Windows explorer should have brought you to your "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Roaming" folder
    - Delete the "Origin"  folder inside the "Roaming" folder
    - In the address bar of your Windows explorer click on the word "AppData".
    - Open the "Local" folder
    - Delete the "Origin"  folder inside the  "Local" folder
    - Restart your PC. > test

Thank you for responding! I tried this but now it says "online mode is currently unavailable" It won't let me sign in either.

Ok, try this:

• Go here and scroll down to "How to uninstall the Origin client the hard way" > follow the guide to the letter.
• Reboot
• Download this version of the Origin installer > Run the "OriginSetup.exe" as Administrator (right click the "OriginSetup.exe" > run as Administrator>) > Reboot > test.

Now it says "Login Error: You must be online when logging in for the first time"
