Order Submitted (have EA stolen off me??)

i purchased Battlefield 3 from the origin client (not the website) on sunday 28th of october, its now thursday the 1st of november and im DOWN £39.99 ... but have no game, no download, nothing! all i have is an order history invoice saying "order Submitted"

If anyone can help me out it would be much appreciated because this is extremely frustrating!
