Old Email Deleted and Can't Get Verfication code

I can't get into my email because it has been deleted([edit: email address removed]). My dad's email went with an internet service that we don't have now (hence svtv.com). I can log on to my account but can't get a verification code since the email doesn't exist anymore. I lost all of my games and all of my packs because of this. $500 and my games are down the drain. Every time I try to log on to my account on Google it says "Type in valid email address"/ "Update needed" so it doesn't work. I have an account attached to it tho. It is [edit: email address removed] and the old account is attached as a recovery email that does not work. If you would send the verification code to that email, I could get it. I also know the phone number to the old email if can send the code that way too. Also if you check, you would see that no one has played on that account when Origin switched to the EA app. Please help. I just want my packs and games back.
