ORIGIN IS BROKEN?? PLEASE HELP [ Edited ]

I downloaded Topaz Studio and all it's plugins to edit photos, and after I did this, Origin doesn't work. The window becomes about 4 sizes too large for the screen (the same as what happened with Topaz before I removed it), the cursor moves very slowly and after a few minutes it displays a diagnostic message and urges me to close the program. I cleared my game's cache several times, uninstalled Topaz, uninstalled Origin, reinstalled it, cleared the caches again, but it refuses to work. How can I fix this problem?

Is it only Origin that becomes larger or does the game also become larger? Is other windows Apps also larger?

Origin becomes larger, the game doesn't even have a chance to come up. No other windows apps are affected.

I would recommend that you completely uninstall Origin following the guide here:

http://help.origin.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/manually-uninstalling-origin#hard-way

Make sure you choose the hard way. After that download and install the latest version of Origin.
