Ok so here is my problem, Everytime I click on The Sims 4 it says that Im not connected to the Internet but I can use google and all of that so I am!

Ensure that your Firewall and/or Antivirus are not blocking the connection. The easiest way would be adding an exception for the Origin Client.You need to do this; add firewall/antivirus exceptions for Origin and open the needed ports http://help.ea.com/en/article/connection-issues-with-origin/#1

 

Perform a Clean Boot https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/FAQ/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/. 

 

Run the setup file Origin with Admin rights  http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-do-i-run-a-program-or-a-game-as-an-administrator/#2

Tried everything there was to try, But nothing worked. This is the message I get:

Could not connect to the internet.
To install Origin you need an Internet connection. However, we were unable to connect to the Internet, please check your connection and try again. You can also download the latest version of Origin here

Make sure Time/Date is correctly set in your machine.

Clear hosts file http://support.microsoft.com/kb/972034

 

Clear the browser cache: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clearing-your-browsers-cache

 

Restart your machine.
