New Promo Code from Special e-mail not working

Hi,

I took the survery, and I got this e-mail saying since the codes were discontiued that I had a new promo code to get any game 19.99 or more at $20 off the price.

I went to go and buy Mass Effect 3 Standard Edition for pc, and I entered the code but all it did was reload the page.

I was wondering if anything was being done to solve this?
