Never see pop up chat in EA live chat page

I didn't recieved my order in Apex Legends and I tried to contact EA through the recommended way (Although I have only one option is to chat with them), the live chat box just wont pop up on the page that said 'Check the pop-up chat window for the next available EA Advisor.'. I tried disabling all my chrome extensions and tried mobile safari browser and several other browsers on PC, and none of them works. The page just stay at my case summary and won't go furthers.

Hey @NiuNiu_3BB just testing this now and not seeing any issue, can you try it on a different system or network to see what happens?

Sorry about that! I understand that I felt so nervous@EA_Darko The problem is that when I press the contact button, the website just refresh that I have to press again and this happen all the time. And sometimes even it show me to page which ask me to wait for the pop-up window, nothing happens!
