Need details on fixing dual Origin account.

★★ Novice

I have 2 account i think... 1 is with crono969 with hotmail and i have a few games on it Mass effect Dragon age... Number 2 is "crono969" (@gmail.com) with gmail obviously and my ID on that one is crono9691 and i have Mass effect Andromeda on it. What i want to do is transfer everything from my hotmail account to my gmail account and remove the "1" at the end of my id on gmail.

Now ("!!! HOW !!!") do i do that without ("!!! LOSING !!!") any of my points, saves, achievement and games keys? i don't want to have to buy the games over again.

Please tell me ("!!! HOW !!!") don't just copy paste the link to  https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/accidental-second-ea-account/ that doesn't tell me what i need to know it's not clear on whether im gonna lose my score, saves, and/or games keys!

I want to get everything from my hotmail account to my gmail account without losing anything! ("!!! CAN !!!") i do that and ("!!! HOW !!!") do i do that?

And will i be able to change my id from crono9691 to crono969 on my gmail account when its done?

Please please please give CLEAR details on how to proceed.

Thanks in advance Standard smile

Hi @crono969

"Linking" or "merging" accounts does not mean in the end all of your content will be in one place. In fact, most, if not all of your data will become lost during a transfer.

If you're an EA player with multiple EA Accounts and a number of games across all of them and have ever wanted to get them all on one account, EA occasionally can help you with the incredibly risky process what is called a Persona Transfer. https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/linking-accounts-and-persona-transfers/

Persona Transfers require help from a special team .You need to create an incident using the Talk to a Game Advisor link on the left, and a Game Advisor will assist you.

Select Origin from the list.

Select a topic for the best results.

Scroll to the bottom and select Contact Us.

Select your platform and list a short description of your problem.

Select live chat or call me to request a call back from an advisor

-For Live Chat try to use Internet Explorer and you need to change your country of residence to the United Kingdom from the menu at the top of the screen.

- In most countries are available between 09:00-21:00 Monday-Saturday

Tanks for the quick reply i dont create multiple account i logged in on gmail instead of hotmail at some point and it made another account by adding a 1 after crono969 now ive got a game on gmail and my others on hotmail but my id is the same with the execption of the 1 added aurtomaticly at the end to be honest i dont really understand why it made another account i didn't fill out the stuff needed to make another one just logged in with gmail instead of hotmail.

Now if lets say i was okay with losing my saved games and just wanted to have an account with all my games and score on it never mind achievement and the rest just the points is it possible to erase the 2 account completely and start another where i could put all my games in it or would i lose them since i already entered the used the keys?

If its just not possible to get my score than what would happen if i just erased my 2 accounts? Would i be able to make a new fresh account and install all my games?

or would it not accept my game keys?
