I bought 2 5,800 points on madden 23 and did not get the points in game but I payed

If you didn't received the points you purchased, our live support team can look into that for you. Please get in touch with our support team with proof of purchase (exactly as outlined in that EA Help Article: "How to provide proof of purchase") and an advisor will investigate that for you.
