My packs got deleted

I've sent you about my issue 4-5 days ago that you've deleted my cottage living pack because you thought I'd get a refund. But actually I didn't get any of refund so please give my pack back to me. How can I do?. Help me please. Thank you.

This would be something you'll need to speak with our support team to check into further.

 

I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to assist with refunds or any changes to your account on the forums, so the support team will be best equipped to see what happened with that order and/or refund request and help straighten things out from that point.

 

You can open a new case to get in touch with our support team using the steps on the EA Help website, or if you had a prior case you can resume that from your case history page here.

I didn’t want refunds. I just want the cottage living pack that I’ve bought back. I’ve been sent this issue to your team already but no one fixed it to me. Your team has misunderstand they thought I’ve got refunds so they deleted my pack. Help me please.

You will need to speak with the support team again, as we cannot make any changes to your account on the forums.

If you had a case about this already that's received a response, you can resume the case from your case history page linked above to get back in touch with support.
