Hello, while playing FIFA23, I suddenly received a notification on my e-mail, because your account's e-mail was changed, I couldn't help anything, it suddenly changed and I don't have access to my ea account anymore please help.

Hey @osmik388,

I would go through as many of these security steps as you're able, just to help ensure your system has been secured and no one else may have access.

Some you won't be able to complete without access to your account, so once you get to that point you'll need to contact support directly so they can assist you with recovering the account.
