I need help. My account is "locked" when I try to play games on my xbox.
Here's how it started.
I got a notification saying your account was accessed elsewhere change your password. I did. 2 days later I got an email saying your account is suspended/banned for activity.
Apparently someone used my account for FIFA on PS4 and did something. The problem here is I don't have a PS4 and I sure enough don't play FIFA. The only access I have to any FIFA game is EA Access on my XBOX One and I dont play that.
I have made ticket after ticket and they just get closed with no contact to me or anything. I need help.
I own games through origin on PC, and I play sport games on my XBOX through EA access. I am so frustrated.
