I appreciate you reaching out to us, but I'm afraid we can't assist with account bans here on Answers HQ. You're looking for the Terms of Service team. The Terms of Service team can take a  look into the ban for you if you think there's been a mix-up and they'll lift it if the investigation confirms no rules were broken.

Please fill out the webform to send in an appeal to that team if you believe a ban was added by mistake.
