My Origin Won't Open, or Download

So I updated my windows computer which i was advice to do then i was going to play the sims 4 and its not opening or working or i have to reinstall previous versions which doesn't even work after i close sims. I do uninstall origin and re download it but it seems that the requirements for that origin doesn't work with the windows recent update. and i've noticed im not the only one with this problem.

Try to download and instal older Origin version from here: https://origin.en.uptodown.com/windows/old
or switch/create another windows account and try to instal on it. Worked for me but problem will be still on your primary account.

New update is probably broken.
