My Account has been hacked

I am hoping somone eventually from this company will help me.  I have emailed, logged a case and tweeted and every one taking me in circles.

I have spend a hell of alot of money on origin games and I am quite annoyed that I cannot even access my games at the moment becasuse of your lack of security measures that allowed someone to change my email address details. 

Below is my issue for the fourth time --  Please do not tell me to log a case again under another account becasuse I have done this and no-one seems to reply to those.

I have an issue with my Origin account in that I can no longer log into my account.  2 nights ago (now 3) I was able to login fine

I believe someone from has hacked my account somehow and changed my email.  I received an email tonight from Origin but didn’t take much notice of it at first. Anyway when I went to log in tonight into my account I couldn’t do so , that is when I remembered the email from Origin.  I then opened the email to read if there were any issues,  Anyway when I opened it to my surprise I found that it was in another language and not English.

I then copied the contents into Google translate to change it to English and it advised that the language was Russian and translated it as follows:

E-mail was successfully changed. Make sure to enter a new address, when you next go into Origin.
If you did not ask for change of address, or if you have reason to believe that your account is at risk, please contact support Origin, to immediately get help.

I am quite annoyed because I have not agreed to change my email,  Profile or even password at all for my origin account. I would have thought some security would have been put in place that if someone even attempted to change my details I would have been emailed and asked to confirm the changes.  I never received such an email at all and now I am very worried someone is playing all my games.

If you would like my original email details on the account and also profile name then please email to this account

If you could investigate and rectify asap I would be appreciated.
