Hello everyone,
When first setting up login verification via either email, text or authenticator, you will have received a set of backup codes that are to be used when being unable to access your verification method. You can find them on the following page:
https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/security/index
If unable to access your backup codes, reach out to an EA Advisor to have your security settings reset. How you can reach out to them is detailed in the following thread:

google solves this login system in a smoth way, by sending sms with codes. Most people forget where they put the damn codes after a month or 24...and why the f cant you just drop the app on google play ??? the acount should be linked to a phone number, easy as that...not a SECRET app. for cryin out loud

We also offer texts, as well as email or the authenticator - it is up to you to decide which method you would like to use.

Hi Tom,
Thanks so much for finding us a solution, however I'm having trouble with your suggestion. When I click on 'back up codes' it asks for a security code, which, as you know, I don't have. Is there anything else I could try?

Is there a US phone number to contact? I can't login to my original account, since it requires a 6 digit code, but I never setup an authenticator, so I'm not sure why it's asking for this 6 digit code, and now i can't even login to my online account to setup my authenticator. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
