Lost my App Authenticator

ive lost my google authenticator.

my phone generate it but it doesnt response the codes.

itries to open trough web. but it needs google authenticator.

i open the backup codes. it still wont working. 

what should i do ?

Same problem. I completely forgot about the back up codes too. Now I'm stuck. Can't view the back up codes unless I provide a code from the app but I can't access the app unless I have a back up code. Sigh.

Anddddddd when I go to EA Help and provide allll the information and press next, it just goes into an infinite load.

Backup codes are useless if you can't even get to them without a security code!

@lof666 Would calling the UK phone line be an option for you? The number for UK is +44 203 014 1818 (Monday to Saturday 9AM to 9PM GMT). If you are outside of UK I would recommend using VoIP software as calls should be cheaper that way.

@EA_Kristi Not a chance. I'm from Estonia, think the call fees are rather high.
