Hey @ts2205,

If you are getting the Call Me option, it would mean that you can register your phone number to get a call back from EA Support. However, I see that you are not getting Live Chat support.  You have selected Manage My Account. Selecting Manage My Account  is the cause for this. Try selecting any other topic and the Chat support should appear for you.

Let me know if selecting other topics worked

There is actually a way to contact support without signing into your EA Account. For this, you need to click on the link  

Having trouble accessing your account?

When it asks you to sign in, look for the above link towards the bottom of the page. Once you click it, it will ask for some information and then allow you to contact Customer support without signing into your EA Account.

Let me know if you still face issues in contacting them.

@sidhu1125 Yeah I'm tryinh to log in through that with my facebook but it just loads forever.. Ffs I've been trying for ages why doesn't your tech support work I put money into this account and now I can't access it.

In order to send the request you have to be logged in. The problem with that is. You cannot log in unless you have the app authenticator. Please help. I can't find a way to contact Support by phone. It tells you to send the request online.
