2020-04-02 (2)_LI.jpgFor those that are having issues after updating or just plain lost the App Authenticator, quick and simple solution is to log into your account:

 

  1. Account Security
  2. Look at Login Verification and make sure it states App Authenticator
  3. Click  to turn off (might have to have a a code set to your e-mail of record)
  4. Click to turn it back on
  5. Should get a pop-up screen with a selection to choose App Authenticator (will ask if for iPhone or Android device)
  6. If you already have the app, click on it and scan to pair up the device
  7. Enter in the 6 digit code it gives you in the App
  8. then it should give you a series of 6 back up codes for future use just in case.

Hopefully this will help cause you do not have to chat into customer support nor do you have to call in......
