For those that are having issues after updating or just plain lost the App Authenticator, quick and simple solution is to log into your account:
- Account Security
- Look at Login Verification and make sure it states App Authenticator
- Click to turn off (might have to have a a code set to your e-mail of record)
- Click to turn it back on
- Should get a pop-up screen with a selection to choose App Authenticator (will ask if for iPhone or Android device)
- If you already have the app, click on it and scan to pair up the device
- Enter in the 6 digit code it gives you in the App
- then it should give you a series of 6 back up codes for future use just in case.
