When I first created my actual origin account I used a school email, not smart I know, but I no longer have access to that email. I have since forgotten the password used and I can't access the email to reset my password. Is there anyway to change the account email without logging in?

@blakeyost In that case you will need to contact EA support as was mentioned above: For support, please visit the EA Help website. For instructions on how to use the EA Help services, please refer to How to use EA Help.

I'm having the same exact issue. Although I have another account that I now use, I still can't add all off my sims 3 games and expansion packs to my current because the redemption code is consumed from my first account. Help?
