Hi there,
I have a 2nd account which I want to check out before deleting it (to free the related e-mail-adress).
I cannot login to the account, even after resetting the password, since I'm asked for an EA-ID. I don't know it and can't look it up (as mentioned in some support posts) since I don't have access to the settings.

Thank you but that's ok, you should hold onto those details. We can't help you with this from Answers HQ in order to use that information but the support team may need those details when you get in touch. You'll need to reach out to them if you can't log into the account yourself. Try these steps to connect with a support agent:

I know you mentioned you can't recall the EA ID at the moment, and don't think there was a PlayStation or Xbox tethered up. Try to provide the details you can, the support team will do their best to help with the details you can supply.

There might be another way. Would you have any accounts linked up to the second EA account? Like a PlayStation or Xbox?
