Logged into Origin but The White Screen Is All I have After Login

I got lucky and I was able to finally login to my origin but now I am logged in, origin has the white screen. I have tried everything suggested and deleted my anti virus. Waste of my money buying TS4 a few months ago when now I can't even play it. please fix this.

@keoughchloe I'm sorry yo and so many others are still dealing with this problem. EA is tring to find the cause, and thus solution. EA_Tom has asked those with the problem to run a few tests in the marked Solution of THIS THREAD. Posting those test results to that thread will help EA get this fixed.

Sorry to hear that you are running into this issue. We are currently collecting further information in the thread linked by DarkAmaranth.

It may, the white screen has appeared with older CPUs and, that is a different issue than when it happens on newer computers. If you have Windows XP or Vista, please us the Legacy version of Origin found here: Origin Legacy.

@keoughchloe I can take a look at your DXDIag, if you like but, i think the workaround EA_Tom has posed near the end of THIS THREAD will work for you.

@DarkAmaranth1966 after doing some of this origin is now saying I'm in compatibility mode. I am not I.
