Hello my name is Jasoniae. I ordered a game from you guys in the middle of September. Your company emailed me a confirmation saying that my package has been sent. Unfortunatley I still havent recieved this package and I would like my money back if I do not figure out what is going on

Your best option here is to contact our Billing Department directly to find the status of your order, which is located at http://help.origin.com, then look for the "Contact Us" button on the right side.

 

Please note that if you purchased physical goods, you should've also received a tracking number within that email, signifying where your package currently is. Regardless, a Customer Support representative should be able to help you out.
