I want to dispute a ban or suspension

In the early morning of July 1st, my account was hacked, and I may have been banned for opening technology in the qualifying match. Hope the staff can help me unblock. I will provide the necessary materials with the staff. Thank you

I'm sorry to hear that. If you're concerned someone's hacked your account, please go through resetting these security steps to the best of your ability while there's a lock in place. These guides will help:

• How to contact EA Help for support

If you believe a ban was added by mistake, you can create an appeal here to have our Terms of Service team look into the ban for you.

They will reach back out via email once the investigation is complete, so please keep an eye on your email for that to arrive.

I'm  sorry, we aren't able to look into bans on Answers HQ and we have no impact on the outcome of those investigations either. Our Live support team would be in the same boat as ourselves, sorry but our Terms of Service team are the only team that can take a look into the ban for you.
