I want to delete my account

I want to delete my account, I accidentally linked the wrong account to my xbox and now can't play apex. It would be easiest to just completely delete my account.

I would not recommend deleting the EA account linked to your Xbox. In our EA Help article, 'How can I close my EA Account?', it shares this:

If you delete the EA account linked to your Xbox, you won't be able to play any EA games on that Xbox after that point. 

There might be a better option for you. The support team can help make a recommendation if you get in touch with them directly. Use the steps in this guide to create a help case to reach them:
