I want to change my email address

Hi, I want to change my email address but it shows it is already registered. The email address I want to change is the one I bound before. Why can't I rebind my previously bound mailbox now?

is it possible that the previous E-Mail is still registered on the account as the secondary E-Mail? In any case, I would recommend contacting EA Support as they can directly look at your account and figure out what might be wrong with your E-Mail and potentially help you add the E-Mail again.

I am sure that the mailbox is not bound to any EA-related account, and I have tried several mailboxes with this problem. The mailbox that has been bound to the account will show that it has been registered when it is bound again. I don’t understand why there is such a setting.
